Who are we?
On the Surface, LLC. is a Sales and Service Company for innovative and unique flooring and surfacing materials. Our mission is to educate and inform the building specifier on alternative flooring and surfacing products that meet their individual design, performance and environmental criteria while maintaining a high standard in quality and service.
What do we do?
On the Surface, LLC offers the customer a fresh approach in selecting and purchasing the right choice in flooring and surfacing materials. Many of our products are different (in a good way) from what you might typically expect. Perhaps a high fashioned, high performance carpet tile made from recycled materials, or an ergonomically resilient floor made from discarded tires and other waste rubber? Or perhaps a colored bamboo plank floor or a warm natural cork floor instead of stark VCT tile? We have a flooring system suited for all levels of design and performance. On the Surface facilitates the purchasing process and remains involved in all phases of the project from specification and installation to maintenance and reclamation.
Who are our customers?
On the Surface consults all commercial end use categories inclusive of corporate, financial, retail and healthcare and specialize in maintaining multi-location retail and financial companies. We enable you to buy how and when you want to. We offer project and inventory management services on all orders to ensure timely delivery schedules.
On the Surface works very closely with Architectural, Design and Space Planning companies ensuring product specifications are appropriate, complete and up to date. We offer consultative services on LEED certified projects to maximize your point potential in the MR category. We also maintain the relationship between the manufacturer and the flooring contractor to ensure the proper installation and maintenance techniques are carried out.
